m~*-v幂模型在检验昆虫种群空间分布中的应用

近年来,不少学者提出了各种检验昆虫种群空间分布的模型．本文提出一种新的模型：m~*-v幂模型──m~*＝avb,m~*与v呈幂关系．实例研究验证表明该模型具有适用范围更广和可行性大的优点．同时,根据m~*-v幂模型,推导出与其相配套的序贯抽样方程、最大抽样数量公式和最适抽样单元大小等公式．

对稻萍结合系统细绿萍共生固Ｎ量研究表明,萍的固Ｎ力在整个生长季不同时期有所变化．最高固Ｎ率出现在６月初,萍固Ｎ量随其接种量和水稻行距增加而增加．５０～１０ｃｍ宽窄行交替的水稻行距和１５００ｋｇ·ｈｍ－２的萍接种量的稻萍结合系统的总固Ｎ量为１０７．１ｋｇ·ｈｍ－２,而３０ｃｍ等行距的３２５ｋｇ·ｈｍ－２的萍接种量的稻－萍结合系统的总固Ｎ量仅为３６．０ｋｇ·ｈｍ－２     

Drosophila MCM protein complexes.

MCM genes encode a family of evolutionarily conserved proteins required for DNA replication. In Saccharomyces cerevisiae, where they were first identified, MCM genes interact genetically with each other. Allele specificity in these interactions suggests that MCM proteins physically associate with one another and that this association is essential for function. We describe here an analysis of physical interactions among three Drosophila MCM proteins. Using specific antibodies we detect Drosophila MCMs almost exclusively in 600-kDa protein complexes. Co-immunoprecipitation data demonstrate the existence of at least two distinct types of 600-kDa complexes, one that contains DmCDC46 and one that appears to contain both DmMCM2 and Dpa (a CDC54 homologue). These complexes are stable throughout embryonic division cycles, are resistant to treatments with salt and detergent, and are present during development in tissues undergoing mitotic DNA replication as well as endoreplication. When extracts are prepared under low salt conditions all three MCM proteins co-immunoprecipitate. Consequently, we suggest that the 600-kDa complexes interact in a higher order complex.

龟纹瓢虫对豆蚜的捕食功能反应及寻找效应研究

龟纹瓢虫雌虫和雄虫对豆蚜的功能反应符台Holling Ⅱ型模型,其模型为：Na=0．9233N／(1 0．0171N)(雌虫)和Na=0．8641N／(1 0．0164N)(雄虫),瓢虫捕食豆蚜的数量随豆蚜密度增加而增加．但寻找效应随豆蚜密度增加而降低。日最大捕食量和最佳寻找密度分别为37.42(雌)、34．11头(雄)和17．25（雌)、15．8头(雄)。龟纹瓢虫寻找效应随自身密度的增加而降低,其数学模型为：E=0．3032·P^-15634(雌)和E=0．3048·P^-1.1697(雄)。干扰反应的教学模型为：E=0．8104·P^-2.1721(雌),E=0．7125·P^-2.2660,E=0．5963·P^-2.1751(雌雄混台种群)。     

重组人GM－CSF／MCAF融合蛋白抗血清的制备与鉴定

重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ）和人单核细胞趋化激活因子（ＭＣＡＦ）融合蛋白经ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－７５和ＣＭ－ＳｅｐｈａｒｏｓｅＦＦ两步柱层析,获得了电泳纯的ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ／ＭＣＡＦ融合蛋白。为进一步研究其结构与功能,我们以纯化的该融合蛋白为抗原免疫家兔制备抗血清。ＤｏｔＥＬＩＳＡ和Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎｂｌｏｔ试验表明,该抗血清效价高、特异性好,可分别与ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ／ＭＣＡＦ、ＧＭ－ＣＳＦ和ＭＣＡＦ发生反应。     

The Effects of Cytokinin and Light on Hypocotyl Elongation in Arabidopsis Seedlings Are Independent and Additive

Cytokinin has been reported to mimic some of the effects of light on de-etiolation responses in dark-grown Arabidopsis seedlings. The interaction between cytokinin and light was examined by analyzing cytokinin dose and light fluence effects on hypocotyl elongation in wild-type and mutant Arabidopsis seedlings with defects in light or hormone responses. It was found that (a) cytokinin and light-response systems have independent and additive effects on the inhibition of hypocotyl elongation and (b) either cytokinin or light can saturate the morphogenic responses. As a consequence, cytokinin has no effect on hypocotyl elongation under normal growth conditions because light levels saturate the hypocotyl inhibition response. To determine whether a functional light-response pathway is required for cytokinin responses, light-insensitive long hypocotyl (hy) mutants were tested for cytokinin responses. The hy mutants (hy1 to hy6) had normal cytokinin responses, except phyB-1 (hy3-1), in which hypocotyl elongation was insensitive to cytokinin. Cytokinin insensitivity in phyB-1 was attributed to an indirect effect of the mutation on cytokinin responses. The effects of cytokinin on the inhibition of hypocotyl elongation are largely mediated by ethylene, and blocking the ethylene-response pathway through the action of a cytokinin-resistant, ethylene-insensitive mutant (ckr1/ein2) had no effect on the light inhibition of hypocotyl elongation. These results do not support the idea that cytokinin mediates the action of light on hypocotyl elongation.     

Trichodinid parasites (Ciliophora: Peritricha) from the gills of some Australian marine fishes

Three species of the genus Trichodina are reported from the gills of marine fishes in south-eastern Tasmania, Australia. Two of these species are new: T. australis n. sp. from five atherinid fish species, Atherinosoma microstoma, Leptatherina presbyteroides, Kestratherina brevirostris, K. esox and K. hepsetoides; and T. nesogobii n. sp. from Nesogobius sp. 1. One previously reported species, T. jadranica Raabe, 1958, was also found on Nesogobius sp. 1.     

数理统计方法优化单细胞蛋白发酵培养基研究

采用正交试验和中心组合设计相结合的数理统计方法,在２Ｌ发酵罐中对紫云英汁液培养单细胞蛋白发酵培养基进行筛选、优化,试验结果表明较优培养基为：初糖２．３％,酵母粉０．１６％,ＫＨ_２ＰＯ_４０．２％,ＭｇＳＯ_４０．０５％。酵母浓度最高达１０．４６ｇ／Ｌ,基质生长得率为０．５５ｇ菌体／ｇ基质,基质转化率为８３％。研究结果同时说明采用数理统计方法设计实验,工作量小,效率高,结果准确。
